What is Practisure
Practisure is a managed IT service for offices that cannot afford a part- or full-time technical staff member required to efficiently operate today’s high-tech office. Practisure provides the following areas of support.
IT Continuing Care
With Practisure, your network and computers are maintained in top condition. In addition, Operating System software patches and general office software are maintained and supported.
We create redundant systems for critical processes, such as x-ray computers and servers, and optimize and secure your network.
And, for specific hardware, we support phone, audio and surveillance systems.
Digital Integration
Practisure is your key to running (or converting to) a Digital office. Total Practice I.T. interfaces with x-ray and practice software vendors to ensure high quality x-rays and high reliability that you count on.
Our Digital Integration will help you make decisions when purchasing scanning solutions and fine tune your systems to maximize readability and reduce your database size, saving you money in server costs and backup costs.
Internet Presence Management
Practisure Internet Presence Management helps you manage your email and website accounts. We can show you ways to secure your email and how to save money on your website.
In addition, we show you ways to increase your internet visibility to help increase your new patient or customer count.
Free Technical Consulting
Have a question, but don't want to pay a consultant $100 an hour to answer your question. No problem with Practisure. Technical consulting is part of the package. Need advice on making a technical purchase or upgrading your system. No problem. It's all included in Practisure.
Also, with Practisure you get access to practice proven technology products, procedures and information. It's all part of our plan to help you succeed in your practice.
Practisure Setup
Practisure is available on an annual contract basis with discounts for pre-payments.
The initial plan includes building a system inventory of IT equipment and an overall infrastructure assessment. An upgrade plan required to build a reliable infrastructure is then created. Your practice is free to act on that plan at your own pace.
Pricing
Pricing is based upon your IT hardware on a per month basis.

Details
The service provides monthly physical maintenance of the computers with a minimum of one trip per month to your practice. All labor is included in your monthly service. Hardware costs are not included and hardware that is purchased by Total Practice I.T., for your practice, is not marked up. Our savings are passed on to your practice.
Under Practisure we respond to emergency situations, like a crashed server or a non-working workstation. These visits and other problems requiring less than a predetermined number of hours for your office are included in your Practisure plan. Major system or network upgrades which are not covered are billed at a lower rate of $65/hr.
