Practisafe Details
The backup service comes with free server monitoring. Competitors can cost $75-200/mo extra. Also, Practisafe deploys a local machine in your office for fast restores. Few competitors do this, and charge $200 or more per month when they do.
Backups are kept in your local office and in two remote data centers, one in Austin and one in Dallas.
Data is kept indefinitely with about 5-20% overhead, depending upon your practice software.
